Lunch & Learn: Beech Bark Disease

Join the Ontario Woodlot Association (OWA) and the Forest Gene Conservation Association (FGCA) for a lunch and learn webinar on Beech Bark Disease, on May 2nd at 12:00 PM EDT.

The OWA and FGCA will provide a quick overview of the disease complex and some of the work that has been conducted on it. Following that Donnie McPhee (Coordinator - National Tree Seed Centre, Natural Resources Canada) and David Carey (Biological Sciences Technician, United States Department of Agriculture) will be sharing their research on genetics, resistance and breeding from both sides of the border.
