Enjoy the Colours: Fall Walk & Tree Chat

Come and join us for a Fall walk at Camp Wetaskiwin with fellow Niagara Woodlot members, while brushing up on your tree ID.

Walking with us will be a Registered Professional Forester to help ID trees, show us some defining features for specific species, test your skills and answer your questions. We will have a few copies of some Tree ID books to help you learn to use dichotomous keys.

The plan is to walk through the Camp trails that lead to Shorthills Provincial Park.

   Date: Sunday, November 16, 2025
    Time: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM at the Camp’s parking lot
    Location: Camp Wetaskiwin, Niagara

Light refreshments will be provided following the walk. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable footwear suitable for forest trails. This is a rain or shine event.
